Job Requirements:
- Experienced as a software architect and experience in requirement engineering
- Hands-on experience in functional safety engineering and in verification and validation activities
- Experience in working with a cross-functional team to manage hazard analysis, safety concepts, and safety analysis for Body control/ infotainment/ ADAS modules.
- Experience in design and development of functional safety requirements in AUTOSAR
- Deep knowledge of functional safety standard such as ISO26262 and or IEC 61508

Responsibilities:
- Understand the functionality requirements of a feature and generate queries to be discussed with the customer.
- Work with development partners to develop HMI applications across a range of devices and platforms
- Work closely with Software Architects, Team Leads and Project Managers.
- Individually responsible for the stability of the responsible feature and collectively for the stability of the entire system.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Undertake and lead the System Engineering for the specific domain assigned and capture the customer/OEM ENG-1 Requirements, derive the System requirements (SYR) and take ownership. Communicate the SYR with the development team and the Program Management team. Ensure the work product compliance with the customer requirements and perform the approval process.
Should have hands-on experience in the following:
- Capture the Customer/OEM requirements and deriving the System Requirements (SYR) and documenting –EA /SysML
- Communicate the SYR with the development, test and validation teams, ensure the traceability with the customer requirements
- Provide clarifications to the development team on requirements in consultation with the Customer/OEM
